Todd brings more than fourteen years of experience drafting and negotiating film, television, digital-media, intellectual-property, and business agreements. His work combines legal analysis with an understanding of production realities, commercial priorities, and the relationships behind every deal.
He earned his film degree from California State University, Northridge before attending law school, giving him an uncommon perspective on both the creative and legal sides of the entertainment business.
